Happy New Year Food Proof Family! Start the new year off right with the information the Food Proof ladies have to share  on detoxing!

Detoxing is a hot topic, but especially when the New Year rolls around. Michelle and Noor touch upon this hot topic and talk about why detoxing may be important. The Food Proof girls also touch on the debate within the scientific community about detoxing, and why some are skeptical about this topic.

The ladies dive right in to discuss all of the toxins in our environments that can build up in our bodies and overwhelm our detoxification pathways. As well as some tips on how you can limit your exposure to some of the main culprits.

Noor and Michelle then jump into what exactly is a detox and describe the two phase process and how it works. And of course, the gals touch on the foods that support each of the phases, as well as their favorite picks that help their own detox processes!
